To My Dear Catherine

Yang Liu is a bad girl: beautiful, selfish, and shallow. She sleeps through class when she should be studying, and when she should be working, she only puts in a little time before going out shopping.

She loves jewelry and luxury goods, but has no money. She keeps hesitating over whether to cash in on her looks, and just as her life is about to spiral into disaster, she meets Zhang Wenyu.

Zhang Wenyu is nearly thirty-five, an outright old woman compared to her. She's serious and disciplined, always dressed in professional attire, with an elegant brooch pinned to her chest. The clack of her high heels against the ground sounds like it's pounding on someone's heart.

The day they first meet, their introducer says, "If you can win her over, write the check for whatever amount you like."

Yang Liu approaches her with ambition, shamelessly clinging to her. After Zhang Wenyu scolds her time and again, Yang Liu kisses her on the lips and asks, "I keep feeling like you like me. Do you?"

1. I'm terrible at writing blurbs, so this one may change.

2. A short, lighthearted HE. I don't know when I'll start writing it.
