HP: Miss Rose and the Little Bat

"I like you!"

Severus Snape was stunned by the confession from the young lady in front of him. He thought she was just teasing him out of boredom. After all, who would like someone who never bothered to tidy himself up?

But to his surprise, the girl was serious about pursuing him. She even joined the Gryffindor Quidditch team and insisted that Lily come with her to make him watch the match.

She was an outstanding Chaser. On the pitch, she crushed Slytherin. He didn't know anything about Quidditch, but everyone there except the Slytherins was screaming for her. What a racket.

But had she dragged him there just to watch Slytherin get beaten?

Hmph. Gryffindor.

Later, he realized he couldn't help being moved by a sun so radiant. She excelled at Defense Against the Dark Arts, Transfiguration, and Charms. A natural warrior, she was brave and bright, guiding those who had lost their way onto the right path.
