You won't get bullied, and you won't think you've seen a ghost. Every special-admission student goes through this."

The academy's well-born students were always surrounded by special-admission students like Fu Zhi. If she could just attach herself to one of them, life would be much easier.

But Fu Zhi was so ordinary that no one would ever be interested in her, and she'd never even considered it.

But the strange feeling kept getting worse. When she showered, something besides the water touched her. Every morning, she'd wake up with several strange marks on her body.

Then, in the middle of the night, something pinned her down and wrapped itself tightly around her. Eerie whispers sounded in her ear, describing how it would take her apart and devour her.

Fu Zhi woke up in tears, fled her dark dorm room in a panic, and knocked on the door of Alex, the student council president she'd exchanged a few words with before.

The most noble, powerful, and fastidious among them had beaten all the others and claimed her hair, her homework, and her clothes for themselves, but it still wasn't enough.

Not enough.

They wanted so badly to eat her.

The monster named Alex was the first to break their agreement and set a trap.

Little by little, he lured her in.
