Something came up in real life, so I had to cut the outline short midway. If that bothers you, please don't buy this.
[Male lead with no romance + beautiful but tragic + secret identities + simulator]
After Wu Ci died, the world became a spirit-tamer era on the brink of the apocalypse.
An evil god who controls the Heavenly Dao, a land deprived of the sun, infected beings carrying demonic energy, wandering cults in the wilderness, and a chaotic society starved of resources...
People huddle in cities, and ordinary people dare not set foot in the wilderness for their entire lives.
The very few spirit tamers with the talent to awaken can summon heroic spirits from the river of time by using historical relics, calling forth those whose spirits resonate with their own to fight.
What? You want to know how Wu Ci knows all this?
Because he was summoned as a heroic spirit.
The spirit tamer who should have treated him like a treasure died for some inexplicable reason, leaving him only a body and a pile of debt! Fail to summon a heroic spirit, and he'll be sent to the mines!
Wu Ci, who took the spirit tamer's place and thus had no heroic spirit to use: ...
Fortunately, he has a legend simulator that lets him travel through history, etch legends into the world with his own hands, and create one peerless heroic spirit after another.
He once led an uprising in a chaotic age, staining the imperial city with blood: [Daoist Lord of Deliverance]
He once spread the good news and ended ignorance: [Duke of the Dark Star]
He once wrote with his brush to open the heavens and shatter class barriers: [Supreme Sage of the Confucian Way]
He once played a sorrowful tune, turning back the sun and moon: [Immortal of the Mortal World]
While countless young people are still struggling to find heroic spirits to contract, Wu Ci has already contracted himself by relying on his own power. When the apocalypse arrives, he bursts onto the scene as humanity's savior!
He tells everyone, "I want to earn humanity's respect. I want to change this world."
Only then do the people, desperate under the evil god's control, realize that Wu Ci is the chief terrorist from twenty years ago, once an ordinary person who gradually sparked a global war at humanity's urging and ushered in the spirit-tamer era!
Twenty years ago, the true heroic spirit finally descended upon the world... and now they must rely on the very "terrorist" they once killed to bring back the sun.
Reader's guide:
* Amateurish, juvenile writing. Male lead with no romance, serious tone. It may be quite long, with a slow burn. Entirely fictional.
* There will be a little cyberpunk flavor, but this isn't cyberpunk like my previous book. It's just the early stages of cyberpunk development: a world with cybernetics and oppression, but no punk resistance. The main focus is a wasteland setting and historical heroic spirits, with both Eastern and Western fantasy elements.
* I prefer dark worldbuilding. The protagonist starts as an ordinary person and climbs his way up step by step. He's a manipulative, reserved, polite, sinister, sickly savior who loves messing with people. He coughs blood but is tough, and starts out half-corrupted. He's no saint; his lifelong dream is to earn people's respect and become the god of a new era.
Given his habit of never doing the right thing, he's not exactly a good person. So if you're particular about moral values, or expect the protagonist to meet your moral standards, please don't read. If anything feels off, just leave.
* The core concept uses the tried-and-true formula of a male-oriented web novel (honest and healthy crawling). I couldn't find enough of the tropes I like, so I wrote my own version. You can call me a trend-chaser if you want. Anyway, my dears, just treat it as something fun to pass the time. Don't get too invested, or you'll end up like me, going crazy and binge-reading similar stories until you can't sleep.
* This story is entirely fictional and does not allude to anything in real life. The protagonist's values do not represent the author's.
I also have some other upcoming books:

Third version of the blurb, March 20, 2023
Theme: People need to respect one another
Ah, no wonder Zhenshanhe is also a member of Tianzun. Did he see the injuries on Tianzun's body and recognize Wu Ci's body? Also, the disgust he showed towards the reborn [Wu Ci] earlier, then he broke his defense, right?
Although, there is obviously a lot more that can be written! Why is QAQ Wu Ci so pitiful? I tolerated the first book being reported as unfinished, but the second book I was waiting for so hard was stopped due to various force majeure and even ended in a mess! Cry to death! I feel sorry for Wu Ci. TAT, don't our Ah Ci deserve a happy ending? QAQ
It looks great. I love watching it. The main character is really unique.
Goddess, I miss you, I want to quit... Goddess, I still want to watch our Shiwei... Goddess Candle, this setting is so delicious, I have been eating bibimbap for ten years Goddess, I miss you so much
Thank you very much, madam, for bringing such a wonderful story!! Although it's a bit regretful that I haven't had the chance to see the full version, I still like all the stories so far!! My wife wrote very well!! In short, my wife puts her own life first, so she must have a good rest and look forward to new stories!!!
Wu Ci's subversive life ended with a dramatic death. This story begins with an eye-catching beginning, and the storyline reaches a climax, but ends hastily. It's such a pity that I didn't see Wu Ci become a human master. [Rose][Rose][Rose]
…! It's really rare to see such an appetizing article QAQ (I wonder if the last book of Witchcraft had a similar ending)
I would like to ask you, Dad, how many chapters will there be in the article after you finish it. I really like this article. Please, Dad.
My wife's writing is great - great! Seriously, he really hit my xp perfectly! (Nosebleed adj.)
A stubborn stone makes a jade... Xiaoshi is really a very stubborn person. After Wu Ci's death, he reached the top with the determination of revenge, and changed from a miner to the manager of the group he once hated most. It feels like Xiaoshi itself is actually a piece of jade, a jade that is more dazzling than the original jade. Wu Ci slowly polished the jade out of the stone and carved it with his own death, giving him the perfect reason to seek revenge... The title of stubborn stone making jade is too clever. Even after Wu Ci died for so many years, Xiaoshi is still thinking about Wu Ci. The very stubborn Xiaoshi... It is also clever to compare Wu Ci to the smoke of boiling Chinese medicine. Wu Ci is like the Chinese medicine that is not known to be useful when you drink it when you are sick in the mine... For Xiao Shi at that time, the appearance of Wu Ci may not be useful. If Wu Ci is willing to help Xiao Shi, then he is a useful medicine and brings the continued survival of the hard-working miners. Power; if Wu Ci only takes Xiao Shi as a hostage, then Wu Ci is a bowl of useless Chinese medicine, which will only bring a glimmer of hope for the future and will not change Xiao Shi's ending. At most, it will just make Xiao Shi's death a little more beautiful... In addition, Wu Ci's green eyes are also very suitable for Chinese medicine, and Wu Ci's miserable life also exudes a bitter taste... Wu Ci's escape with Xiao Shi was like a life journey. Wu Ci taught Xiao Shi a lot of things and completely tamed Xiao Shi into his own lamb... The lamb completely let go of the sheepskin and became his own shepherd... The scene between Xiao Shi and Wu Ci was so cute... Xiao Shi clearly understood his status. He firmly put on the mask named Yuhe and was willing to be used by his own shepherd... Take one last look at the stars... Xiaoshi and Wu Ci were both people who were played with. Wu Ci was played by the group and changed from a person with a very high moral bottom line who would not hesitate to surrender after killing someone to a liar who played with people's hearts. Xiao Shi was forced by fate to act as the real Jade. In the end, he was used by Wu Ci to completely rewrite his life. Even the original ideal of seeking a better future was deleted and turned into working hard for Wu Ci's revenge. Twenty years later, Zhenshanhe completely controlled the group and became the person who played tricks on the group. . . It feels a bit funny to say it. If you ignore the time factor, Zhenshanhe controls the group, the group plays with Wuci, and Wuci uses Zhenshanhe. It is such a clever cycle, just like Wuci's corpse brought disaster to the world, and was saved by Wuci himself. It is somewhat black humor.
