[Jujutsu Kaisen] How About a Nectarine?

You started dating in high school. Your parents didn't immediately lose their minds and punish you on the spot, all because your sweetheart was your childhood friend from next door, someone you'd known for ten years. He was also the “perfect kid next door” they were always going on about: Geto Suguru. You and Geto Suguru had walked hand in hand from kindergarten into elementary school, then gone on to middle school side by side. By the time you graduated from middle school together, you knew each other inside and out. You were so close that saying you could share a pair of pants wouldn't even be an exaggeration. But on that very day, your revolutionary friendship changed into something else. You realized he didn't seem to want to share a pair of pants with you. He wanted to share a bed! Beneath a cherry tree at school that figured in a love-related school ghost story, and had nearly sparked an incident, you received his second button. You'd planned to casually ask him on the way home about the button, which had gone missing since the graduation ceremony and caused quite a stir among the girls. But you never expected the juicy gossip to hit so close to home. “Xiao Tao, I like you. Will you be my girlfriend? (Part 1)” Working title: A Peachy Predicament with Geto This story started out as nothing more than a random idea: Geto's girlfriend is the Monkey King. After getting hit with one too many JJXX stories, this jaded author wrote this through tears. The new cover was drawn by Datou Is Drawing (Weibo: Datou Datou, Are You Drawing?). They drew Geto and Xiao Tao! It's so pretty! I got permission and swapped it in right away! Everyone come see the freshly baked, irresistibly cute DK and JK! (I had to crop it a little to meet JJ's cover requirements, sob.) Second-person narration (but with names) warning Quirky everyday life warning OOC warning Theme: Eat plenty of fruit to get through the bitter summer. Come ship the oil peach couple.
