Ace: I don't have a father! Gaia: My father is one of the Four Emperors, Whitebeard, Edward Newgate. Ace: When my name can finally overshadow that guy's reputation... I'll be free. Gaia: The only one who can kill my father is me, Edward Gaia, because Father's life belongs to me~ Ace: I'm going to become King of the Pirates! Gaia: I'll be the one to name the next era! Ace: What happened to naming the next era? Why are you on my ship working as a shipwright?! Gaia: Because it's fun, isn't it? Besides, the ship was mine to begin with. Yours is too small, Ace! Ace: ... Gaia: Oh, right! Come on! Let's make a vow! I'll name the next pirate era after Portgas D. Ace! Ace: ...!!! One is a son who hates his father and doesn't know why he's alive, setting sail only to gain "freedom." The other is a daughter who loves her father but considers his life her own property, and has currently run away from home. Two different yet similar fates become entwined... I wanted to start a new story, so I'm putting the Luffy one on hold. After all this time, this no-good author has grown tired of it! So now I'm going after his big brother! The plot is mostly original, so there may be some OOC. Feel free to point out mistakes and throw bricks! P.S. Would anyone believe me if I said this no-good author isn't actually into Luffy, and only wrote that one to help a best friend get with her man? I believe it. I've almost been beaten up several times, though. QWQ P.P.S. This no-good author has graduated!!!!!
