Everyone Loves the Lionheart King

In his previous life, Richard I spent half his life at war and struck fear across Western Europe. Just as he was on the verge of achieving his ambitions, he was accidentally killed by friendly fire while standing on high ground applauding. He also died with regrets because he had left the throne to his useless little brother. Given a second life, he decides to cherish it and cultivate his character. No!

If an early death is Richard's fate, then his motto is to keep making trouble for as long as he has left. Back in 1184, he puts down rebellions with one hand and launches a crusade with the other, turning all his old enemies into his biggest fans. Having suffered enough for love in his past life, he decides to seal his heart with concrete and fill his brain with molten iron this time. But someone refuses to let him.

Richard: You like me. What does that have to do with me?

The Lionheart, beloved by all, paired with Baldwin IV (the leper king from Kingdom of Heaven). The Lionheart has the golden finger of healing anyone he kisses.

Taking a break to clear my head between updates on the neighboring novel about an illegitimate son. Updates will be irregular.
