The Little Tsundere Refuses to Fake a Couple Ship with Their Ex

When they met again ten years later, Lu Piaopiao never imagined that Gu Shuangran, the teacher she'd once had a crush on, would become a famous tarot reader known as the High Priestess.

At a wealthy businessman's party, Gu Shuangran stood among the crowd in a black evening gown, looking just like a rose in the dark of night.

Lu Piaopiao stared, transfixed, but the woman turned around and spoke in a cool voice full of disdain:

"What is this little brat doing here? You're not old enough for an adults-only party."

At a class reunion after the party, a friend couldn't help asking the drunk Gu Shuangran:

"What's going on between you and Lu Piaopiao? Why do you always act like sworn enemies?"

The woman, wearing exquisite heavy makeup, downed a large mouthful of baijiu, her eyes turning red.

"She hates me, but I... love her."

Later, Lu Piaopiao and Gu Shuangran appeared together on a travel variety show.

Along the way, Gu Shuangran used tarot cards to help the guests work through many of their emotional troubles, but she never once read Lu Piaopiao's cards.

On the last day of the trip, the two, who had always been at each other's throats, were egged on by the guests to have their tarot cards read.

Gu Shuangran suddenly held down the deck in her hand and looked at Lu Piaopiao with heartfelt sincerity.

Gu Shuangran: Piaopiao, this time, I won't ask the cards. I'll ask my own heart.

I've liked you for a very, very long time...

When Gu Shuangran was eighteen, she had a secret: she had fallen in love with her student, Lu Piaopiao.

The girl's love for her was like a moth flying into a flame, and in an instant, Gu Shuangran lost all resistance.

She didn't know what to do with those burning feelings, so she chose to run away.

But when they met again, that old crush had spread into a raging wildfire, consuming the last of Gu Shuangran's reason.

So she joined the variety show Lu Piaopiao was on and used their contract to make them a couple.

She had lost the girl once. This time, she'd find her herself.

Cool, elegant tarot reader x cute, proud little girl

P.S.:

1. This is not a teacher-student romance. When they first met, Gu Shuangran was working as a private tutor, and they handle their feelings responsibly.

2. Believe in science and reject superstition.

3. Drinking is bad for your health.
