The Canary Started Keeping Me Instead (Lights a Cigarette.jpg)

A few years ago, Yu Xiran sponsored a young star.

Back then, the young star's career was going nowhere, and she was as innocent as could be.

A few years later, the young star had become incredibly famous, renowned for being above worldly concerns.

No one knew how passionate she was beneath that cool, untouchable beauty.

But Yu Xiran's family fell on hard times.

Her old friends kicked her when she was down, and even tried to steal the young star away from her.

Yu Xiran wanted to cut her loose, but the young star pleaded with tears in her eyes, saying she wanted to repay her kindness.

Yu Xiran laid down three rules: "Don't come into my private space without a reason."

"Don't get into my bed without my permission."

"I'll tell you when I need something. Don't message me all the time! And don't give me money!!!"

"This is the third time this week you've said you got drunk and fell asleep in my bed. I don't like it. I hope you'll follow the rules."

The young star said, "But I like you so much."
