The Foolish, Wicked Beauty Is Reborn

Though her name is Su Chou, Su Chou is considered a beauty for miles around.

Born with a body that is neither fully male nor female, Su Chou grew up unloved by her mother and neglected by her father, enduring beatings and scolding. Now they intend to marry Su Chou off as the second wife of an elderly widower at the edge of the village.

Su Chou has no wish to marry him. After hearing that an important figure has arrived in town and likes men, Su Chou does everything possible to get close to him, scheming to climb into his bed.

Su Chou gets what they wanted and rises to a position above ordinary people, even though the important figure treats them coldly and looks down on them.

But the dream soon shatters. The important figure is leaving, and everyone says Su Chou will be abandoned.

Panicked and afraid, Su Chou cries and makes a scene in front of Gu Fu, using their body to please him and begging him to take them along.

Fortunately, Gu Fu takes Su Chou with him.

Su Chou follows the important figure to the capital, where they meet the person he loves: the noble Fifth Prince.

Compared with the Fifth Prince, Su Chou is an ugly duckling in the mud, radiating rusticity and inviting countless people to laugh at them.

Seeing Gu Fu standing beside the Fifth Prince and hearing people praise them as a match made in heaven, Su Chou feels envy, jealousy, and fear, terrified that the important figure will abandon them.

So Su Chou picks on the Fifth Prince at every turn, imitates him, and acts foolishly and maliciously, until someone teaches Su Chou a lesson and throws them into prison.

Su Chou cries and begs Gu Fu to save them, but the man is cold and heartless, letting the guards take them away.

That night, a fire engulfs the imperial prison, and Su Chou burns to death.

At the same time, the Tenth Prince, who had fallen into the water inside the palace, finally wakes after three days unconscious.
