He Keeps Getting Misunderstood in Tang City

Su Song is beautiful, fair-skinned, and easy to push around. He’s not only soft-hearted, but also cries uncontrollably, making him very popular in a certain city.

After seeing far too many people around him cuddling and kissing, he was left with a deep aversion to it all.

He heard that everyone in the neighboring city was aloof and detached, and that they were the best at keeping their desires in check, so he couldn’t wait to move there.

But maybe he was just unlucky. Barely a few days after arriving, someone swindled him into debt.

Luckily, a kind man offered to help him pay it off, as long as he became a stand-in for the man’s beloved.

Based on what he’d heard, Su Song knew that the men in this city were all useless, and stand-ins only ever had to eat and drink with their patrons. He happily agreed.

Later...

Crying and regretting it, Su Song struggled to escape, but the man pulled him back.

What happened to being desireless? To being aloof and detached? To being useless? This man was scarier than anyone back home!

As the head of the Shen Group, Shen Gu was cold-hearted and utterly ruthless.

That was, until he met a young man by the roadside. The boy’s eyes brimmed with tears, and he looked both pitiful and beautiful.

His long-dormant heart began to pound. So he came up with a lie to trick the boy into becoming his stand-in.

After learning about the boy’s background, Shen Gu frowned, deliberately shedding his aloof facade and doing his best to indulge him.

A month later, Shen Gu was hit by the boy. Looking at the tearful young man sobbing pitifully, he pressed his lips together.

That night, Su Song: !!!
