Matsuda Jinpei was investigating a case with his colleagues when he spotted his younger brother at the crime scene, even though he was supposed to be dutifully attending school in Yokohama. Matsuda Jinpei: "...You skipped school and came to Tokyo to defend justice and peace?" Matsuda Hanaya struggled to defend his image as a good kid. "Bro, hear me out!" He looked quiet and well-behaved, but inside, his mind was blown. There was no way he could tell them that, as one of the five executives of the Port Mafia, he'd been sent to Tokyo to negotiate with the Black Organization...! Matsuda Hanaya burst into tears. "An evil force tricked me into coming here to buy a little dress in Tokyo for his daughter, " Seeing Matsuda Jinpei's face suddenly change, Matsuda Hanaya shut his eyes and kept going. "And, Bro, there's a group of old, high-ranking officials around here who keep trying to capture me. Maybe they want to study the power of the Evil King's Eye sealed inside me... That's why I transferred to Yokohama in the first place. Bro, I'm so scared qaq" Just as Matsuda Jinpei's heart softened and he was about to let the question of why his brother had come to Tokyo during school hours slide, planning to ask about those two things his brother had mentioned instead His colleague cautiously came over.
