[Unfeeling demon heroine who is not human x vicious, obsessive human beauty]
"The strongest human is now my dog."
-
I admit I saved him because he was good-looking.
Such a beautiful boy, covered in wounds, lay in the crimson filth of the fighting arena, still clutching that blunt knife.
I felt sorry for him.
But who doesn't like watching beautiful things break?
The next moment, the weak but beautiful boy below the arena used his arm as bait and unhesitatingly fed it to the beast. With his other hand, he swung the blunt knife and drove it through the beast's eye into its brain.
Bloody, vicious, beautiful.
So I said, "Give him to me."
My older brother glanced at me, his smile ambiguous. "You want to keep him?"
I said, "I suppose I could."
What I actually meant was that I'd take his corpse home and turn it into a pretty ornament.
But I'd never kept a human before. Perhaps it would be fun.
**
The boy I brought home was called San Lan.
He was a beautiful human, fragile yet stubborn.
He said, "So you saved me because you want to sleep with me."
A statement, not a question.
His face was pale from pain and blood loss, the corners of his eyes flushed a deep red.
San Lan appeared calm, but the knuckles of his fingers were clenched so hard they turned white.
His long, curled eyelashes lowered.
Like a butterfly settling down.
He said, "If I serve you well, have my arm remade."
San Lan raised his face. The boy's features were delicate and sharply defined, glowing softly in the light, as if he were luminous.
He said, "You like my face, don't you? I'll take good care of it."
**
San Lan.
Everyone across the stars knew the name of this young general, who stood at the pinnacle of military strength.
Rumor had it that as a boy, he had fallen into the hands of the Black City and become its prisoner.
Rumor had it that back then, he was kept by a high-ranking demon of the Black City and made into the most lowly plaything.
But no one dared discuss it, and no one dared pry.
All humans knew one thing.
He was their only hope of defeating the nonhuman creatures among the stars.
The great war ended with humanity triumphing everywhere and winning a decisive victory.
When the renowned commander vanished from the battlefield, everyone panicked and searched everywhere for him.
Meanwhile, in the Black City,
a red-haired girl sat in a wide chair, watching a handsome man in a military uniform approach.
He knelt.
The young general took off his uniform, reverently kissed the ground before her, and rubbed the top of his head against her palm.
With wet, obsidian-like eyes, he begged her submissively,
"Master, please take me."

Reader's guide:
*Important: Told in first person.
*This story's interests include, but aren't limited to:
1. The heroine is a sucker for pretty faces, and all the male supporting characters are beauties.
2. One gorgeous, powerful older brother; a delight for those with a brother complex.
3. There is a nonhuman x nonhuman storyline.
4. Everyone has a one-sided crush or can be romanced. Important: everyone.
*There are several stages of one-on-one romances, meaning the heroine will sleep with various beauties in turn.
*I recommend not getting too attached to the supporting characters. The heroine has no heart.
*The male lead isn't normal either. He's been broken.
*San Lan is the male lead because he gets a lot of scenes. The heroine doesn't love any of the men, but she can sleep with them.
*The heroine considers herself a very gentle, reasonable nonhuman demon.
The gap in their understanding, including but not limited to her manipulating the male lead, is entirely because she can't empathize with humans.
Theme: Do what you like.
