About this story

Interstellar sweet romance = [A scandal-ridden actress who can see the future but thinks she's making it all up] x [A crown prince who is forced to share sensations and eats spicy food every day]

Shen Shuyan was injured in the line of duty. Before she could even decide how to spend her compensation, she transmigrated into the body of a high-maintenance interstellar actress.

The original owner was a terrible actress who threw her weight around and had become an absolute has-been. She was obsessed with a famous actor, even causing him to break up with his official partner and end up in the ICU.

Seeing all the comments telling her to get out of show business, Shen Shuyan's eyes lit up. Online harassment? Hateful trolls? I'm familiar with those. How about a batch of secluded paradises cut off from the world (not really)?

But before she could do anything, a chance act of "heroism" turned her fortunes around. And so:

The company that had been leeching off her obediently brought her a new contract.

The netizens who had joined in the hate mob all fell to their knees and apologized. Her Starblog followers soared by hundreds of millions.

As for the famous actor who had ignored her before and now wanted to "rekindle their old flame," the crown prince was the first to publicly object.

As heir to the Interstellar Empire, Pei Jue had made detailed plans for every step of his future. But an unexpected assassination threw him off course.

From the day he was rescued, Pei Jue discovered that he seemed to be able to share sensations one way with this actress.

So, while he was chatting with alien envoys at a banquet, he felt...

Shen Shuyan watching the livestream and licking her lips. "I wonder what the tomato soup in front of the crown prince tastes like."

While he was discussing tax cuts and people's livelihoods at a state affairs meeting, he felt...

Shen Shuyan curled up in bed, eating spicy snacks. "My toes are a little cold. It'd be nice if someone warmed my bed. A dog would do, too."

Content warnings

1. Set in an interstellar federation. The focus is romance, so there isn't much high-tech speculation.

2. It's a sweet little novella, with limited screen time for the supporting cast.

3. Written to indulge my love of the little prince character.

In 2096 CE, Blue Star's climate went haywire and its resources ran out. Humanity began exploring deep space in earnest, but accidentally opened the door to contact with alien civilizations.

A race of insectoids known as the Abyss, with technology far superior to humanity's, decided to remake human society.

The insectoids survive through slaughter and evolution, willing to trample over mountains of their own kind's corpses to get ahead. And so the real-life game "Evolution Battle," created by a higher plane, appeared across the globe.

Humanity's brutal battle for survival began. Every player's goal was the same: stay alive and grow stronger!

Lin Jiu was once a genius girl who dominated international programming contests. After her family was framed and suppressed, she became an ordinary warehouse administrator.

Among the first million "volunteers" selected from across the globe, the Bureau classified her as part of the "doomed squad" and advised her to make funeral arrangements as soon as possible.

But after they watched her kill a zombie monster with one strike to save a member of the elite team, tear apart an illusion monster while keeping her sanity score rock-steady, and disguise herself to thrive among ghosts and monsters...

They finally realized they were witnessing a legendary woman's path to godhood.

Reading guide:

1. A strong female lead and an exhilarating Infinite-leveling story. She won't be invincible from the start, but she's highly intelligent and powerful, and grows quickly! The game is brutal, and she'll kill when she has to. Please don't read if that bothers you.

2. Romance included: [A female lead who seems gentle but is decisive and ruthless] x [A male lead who seems ferocious but is secretly adorably different, an insect god]. The male lead doesn't appear much. Most of the time, he watches the female lead ride the waves.

2. The blurb may be revised. The main story is still being planned.
