A while ago, while busy with other things, I realized the story had strayed from its original intent, and I'd also developed more mature ideas. So I want to scrap it and rewrite it. Aside from still being supernatural, everything else, from the characters to the plot and details, will be different. Since there are already ten or twenty chapters here, it's hard to replace them all, so I'm starting a new story instead.
I'm really sorry, so once the new story reaches the minimum 70,000 words required for paid chapters, I'll write at least another 60,000 words for free. That's about as many words as I posted here before putting this story on hold. In other words, I won't apply to put it behind a paywall until it's at least 130,000 words long.
