My Archenemy Always Wants to Kiss Me

[Completed]

Chi Beinien suspected that Xu Kecheng had been born to be his nemesis.

Back in kindergarten, Chi Beinien glanced at Xu Kecheng and knocked out one of his front teeth.

In elementary school, Chi Beinien transferred to a neighboring city. Less than three days later, Xu Kecheng showed up too, and smashed into his nose while pushing open the classroom door.

In middle school, Chi Beinien transferred again, and Xu Kecheng followed. On their first night as roommates, Xu got his bed wet, forcing them to share one bed...

Their entanglement continued all the way through college. After graduation, they both joined Endless, the country's largest virtual-space gaming company, and were promoted to S-rank game testers on the very same day.

Chi Beinien: What rotten luck!

Xu Kecheng: Likewise.

Endless launched a new project: an S-rank couples game, and assigned Chi Beinien and Xu Kecheng to test it.

They entered the first game, and less than ten minutes later, the System chimed:

[Congratulations, player "Chi Beiniennian Youyu"! You discovered a hidden clue and received one "Kiss Coupon." Use it now?]

Chi Beinien: F...

Before he could finish saying "No," the person beside him spoke up.

Xu Kecheng: Use it now.

Chi Beinien: You're dead.

[Game cleared! Congratulations to player "Xu Kechengxinyishi" and player "Chi Beiniennian Youyu" on earning the title "Made for Each Other."]

After their first game test ended, their coworkers saw their expressions and suspected something had gone wrong with the game.

Chi Beinien: There's nothing wrong with the game.

Coworker: That look in your eyes says you want to kill someone...

Chi Beinien: I got bitten by a dog.

Coworker: Then Xu...

Xu Kecheng: I turned into a dog.
