Cyber Self-Hunting Rules

In Silver Era 2024, when AI had developed to an advanced level, AI governing officials wielded absolute power to maintain humanity's rule. Fei Luo was one of the governing officials, and a high-ranking one at that. Researchers modeled Fei Luo's personality as data and uploaded it to the AI company's database for research and backup. Its identification number was "034." One day, the data "034" suddenly disappeared, along with the AI company's latest humanlike body vessel. "A governing official's personality data ran off with a new AI body" became the biggest scandal of the year. * To avoid being arrested by the human governing officials, 034 was on the run every day. 034 switched between hundreds and thousands of body vessels and learned countless survival skills. He was a professor, a thief, a dancer in Kabukicho, and a middleman who made money on the difference in prices. He even impersonated a senior governing official and swindled a hefty sum from a "fellow professional." 034 moved between underground cities and lavish banquets attended by the rich and famous, thriving in human society. Oh, and 034 had learned to be bad. He had even learned how to flirt and "hunt." He liked to toy with his prey until they were completely at his mercy. He craved prey who held positions of power. Like Fei Luo, the governing official who was always determined to capture him. * Governing official Fei Luo also enjoyed hunting and liked high-class prey, but he didn't think he was good at flirting. "You're wrong." One absurd night, the data fugitive delivered himself right to Fei Luo's door. "Mr. Governing Official, are you ready to arrest me?" A gun pointed at Fei Luo's forehead. The official remained composed and lowered 034's hand. "Anytime." He took the gun barrel into his mouth and looked up at his most noble "prey" with the reverence of a kiss. He knew the other man was prey, and also his hunter.
