What! The Aloof Martial Uncle Is a Dessert Lover

Guided by the principle that "the meaning of life is to slack off," Ye Tingyu, a programmer worn down by 996 overtime, transmigrates to the world of cultivation. When joining Lingbo Sect, the greatest immortal sect under heaven,

she resolutely chooses a white-bearded, white-haired elder famous for his laid-back ways.

After joining his sect, she does exactly as she pleases, working for three days and loafing for two, and living a carefree life. With so much free time, she even settles into retirement early and raises a bird.

Ye Tingyu: I really did pick the right sect.

Her happy days don't last long. Her master is about to enter seclusion, so he entrusts her to his junior brother, her martial uncle.

He's a famously cold-faced sword cultivator in the sect, rarely seen outside his home. They say he's killed more people than Ye Tingyu has eaten grains of rice.

Ye Tingyu: I'm absolutely stunned. Master, please think this through!

Then, on her first day meeting her martial uncle, she finds the cold-faced sword cultivator sitting expressionlessly in front of a pile of adorable, girly pastries, eating them one by one.

Ye Tingyu: ???

Uncle, do you know your persona has collapsed?

Cheerful, lazy girl x aloof, arrogant powerhouse

A new try at a romance-focused story, probably a short, sweet tale of around a hundred thousand characters. Very short, starting over winter break.

The male lead isn't human.

Theme: Love life, and make every day a happy one
