Back to My Dad's Nineties

Eighteen-year-old Xia Zhe never got along with his dad. As he prepared to fly abroad, Xia Zhe sighed, unable to understand why the father who had raised him alone was always so vague about the past.

After the plane hit severe turbulence, Xia Zhe transmigrated back to 1995.

When Xia Zhe saw his father in his twenties, he was stunned. His dad, Xia Jin, wasn't some big-shot businessman yet. He was just a low-ranking errand runner in the security department of Xingguang, a state-owned factory.

Xia Zhe moved his lips and called, "Dad." His father chuckled a few times. "Well, look at that. Where did I pick up such a big son for free? Come on, say it a couple more times, good boy!"

Before Xia Zhe could react, a man grabbed Xia Jin. The newcomer was Xie Qianfan, a young doctor from the hospital next door.

Xie Qianfan frowned. "He's my nephew!"

Xia Zhe was flabbergasted. His own dear dad didn't recognize him, and now he had an uncle he'd never met before?

But then Xia Zhe noticed the way his dad looked at his uncle, with a lingering, alluring gaze.

Xia Zhe shuddered. How exactly had he... come into the world?

Standing in the family compound of Xingguang, the state-owned factory, Xia Zhe realized he was still eighteen and about to become a kindergarten teacher.

Xia Zhe was stunned to run into his nemesis, Yang Baoshu! Yang Baoshu knew nothing about his questions. He was simply a "factory tyrant" born and raised in this world.

In his old world, Yang Baoshu was always at odds with Xia Zhe, trying to use force to make him submit and call him "Big Bro." In this world, Yang Baoshu was a few years older than him and looked at him like he was just a kid.

With no one to rely on, Xia Zhe took the initiative and said, "Bro Bao, will you look out for me?"

Back in his dad's nineties, Xia Zhe discovered that everything was different. He met his dad and uncle in the prime of their youth, along with the annoying yet adorable Yang Baoshu.

Looking at the delicate, fair-skinned Xia Zhe, Yang Baoshu said, "How can that person be the factory beauty? My little lucky charm is the real beauty."

Later, Yang Baoshu put an arm around Xia Zhe and said, "Baby, Big Bro will protect you for the rest of your life."
