I Flirted with the Young Emperor After Losing My Memory

[A useless prince who thinks he's the seme x a young emperor who's crazy about his wife]

Prince Wei Ying of Yongning rebelled at Xishan, intending to seize Emperor Zhao Jinglin. But the plan went awry, and he ended up falling off a cliff along with the emperor.

They both lost their memories.

After losing his memory, Wei Ying met Zhao Jinglin again and decided he was his ideal type: a sickly, stunningly beautiful man with a cool personality who ticked all his boxes. Wei Ying's heart stirred, and after quite a bit of effort, he managed to win him over.

On their wedding night, Wei Ying eagerly tried to take things further, but before he could act, the beautiful man had already pinned him beneath him.

Wei Ying was stunned. "W-wait a second?"

"Wait for what?" Zhao Jinglin raised an eyebrow. He looked beautiful and utterly chaste.

Afterward, Wei Ying discovered that the beautiful man wasn't sickly at all, and his "combat prowess" was astonishing.

After Zhao Jinglin regained his memory, he took Wei Ying back to the capital, hid him away in a golden house, and kept him as a cherished lover. He thought their sweet days together would last forever, but then one day his dream came crashing down: Wei Ying had regained his memory too.

After that, the great Emperor Zhao Jinglin stood outside Prince Yongning's door every day, humbly pleading, "A Ying, let your husband in."

Bonus scene:

At court, Zhao Jinglin was stern and proper. Seeing Prince Yongning being insolent again, he said with a straight face, "Wei Ying, don't you dare act out."

Wei Ying pouted. "Where do you want me to act out? My waist is so sore. When will court be over?"

Zhao Jinglin coughed. "Ahem. Let's call it a day."

This is probably the story of a powerful but useless prince who lost his memory, recklessly flirted with the young emperor, got completely "drained," and ended up becoming empress.

P.S.:

He starts off provoking him, then falls in love. Slightly melodramatic. Both lose their memories.
