The Dragon Egg and Its Father Both Fell for Me [Western Fantasy]

Nina, a witch from a remote mountain valley, is determined to become a top-tier potion maker. Her signature potion is missing one final ingredient: the true tears of a golden dragon.

She sets her sights on the only pure-blooded golden dragon, the newly ennobled Duke of the North. Rumor has it that he's young, handsome, unmarried, and the most sought-after marriage prospect in the entire empire.

Nina rubs her hands together and travels all the way to the imperial capital, planning a tearful, romantic encounter with the dragon duke. Instead, she happens to run into the dazzlingly golden duke himself, striding past her with a golden dragon egg that has exactly the same aura as him tucked in his arms, his face dark with anger.

H-he's married already?!

As a good witch with a strong sense of morality, Nina decides to reluctantly give up on the dragon duke, who married so young, and switch her target to the egg that hasn't hatched yet.

If I can't be your wife, I'll be your daughter-in-law!

To reserve the position of fiancée to the dragon egg in advance, Nina goes through all kinds of hardships to become the duke's confidante. Together, they raise the egg and protect the young dragon as it grows up.

Just as Nina is about to work up the courage to tell him she wants to be his daughter-in-law, the arrogant, imperious dragon duke drops to one knee and gazes up at her with reverence.

"Miss Nina, please marry me!"

And that very same night, a newly adult dragon boy knocks on Nina's door. "My dear Nina, please never leave me."
