After Scotland's Death, I Started Pursuing Pure Love

Content warnings:

The heroine is reborn [unhinged heroine warning]. Codename: Asti.

The early chapters include some events from before her rebirth. I like to call this section [Asti's Funeral].

In public, the heroine is a delicate little flower; in private, she's a man-eating plant. All her vulnerability is an act. She'll exploit Jingguang's sense of justice to win his sympathy, pity, and attention.

Her methods of attracting attention include, but aren't limited to, setting traps and playing the victim...

This should be a somewhat unhinged slice-of-life story, set during two periods: university and police academy.

Updates are slow.

Heroine's blurb:

Yazakura Chinami is someone who was poisoned by the Black Organization.

Orders had constrained her ability to love since childhood. Then, one night, she happened to witness someone's death while standing on a rooftop in the wind.

His name was Scotch. He was an undercover agent sent by the police.

She couldn't understand why he'd choose to kill himself to protect the safety of his friends and family. It should have been foolish, yet something in her heart was stirred.

Four years after Scotch's death, Yazakura Chinami decided to gather information about him.

She forced Gin to hand over his files, got close to Bourbon to taste his cooking, and met a police officer who looked eight-tenths like him at the Qingming Festival.

As she followed Scotch's trail, Yazakura Chinami finally fell into the trap called [Scotch].

She wanted to know what Scotch's love was like, and what it felt like to be cherished and protected by him.

But he escaped, fleeing to another world.

After a long time had passed, on December 7, the fourth anniversary of Scotch's death, Yazakura Chinami stood on the rooftop where Scotch had died.

She recreated the scene and killed herself in the same way, in front of Bourbon and Akai Shuichi, following him to Scotch's world.

Scotch, if there's a next life, please be sure to fall in love with me!
