Come Here and Give Me a Hug

[Main story complete. Come on in! Extra chapters will drop at random...]

Shi Jing had made plans to go hiking with a friend, but unexpectedly brought home a long-haired, handsome man who seemed to be an undocumented person. He looked and carried himself like someone untouched by worldly concerns.

The beauty was in poor health and seemed too frail to care for himself. He also seemed unfamiliar with modern life, like a living antique.

Even the way he spoke was strange. For example:

Seeing the endless stream of cars on the road, he sighed with emotion. "After all these years, the human world has changed so much."

Shi Jing wanted to take him to the hospital for a checkup, but the beauty waved him off with a solemn expression. "I don't want to see a physician, and I don't need medicine."

When Shi Jing wanted to take him to the police station to find out if he was a missing person, the other man was rather displeased. "Why are you taking me to a jail cell?"

Watching Shi Jing fall silent, he looked just like a jilted lover. "You've changed so much from how you used to be."

Shi Jing, certain he'd never met this person before: "..."

Rather than say the beauty was genuinely not right in the head, let's just call it amnesia for now. He's forgotten a little too much, to the point that he's lost even basic life skills (?).

Shi Jing patiently teaches him how to walk naturally, shows him how to use chopsticks, and even helps him bathe and wash his hair, then blow-dries his long, ink-black locks...

None of this bothers Shi Jing. In fact, he enjoys these moments.

Then one day, after waking up, Shi Jing finds the bed covered in emerald-green leaves.

The beauty sleeping beside him happens to turn over, and Shi Jing watches as a few freshly sprouted leaves fall from him.

Shi Jing: ...?

Uh-oh. The beauty he brought home seems... not to be an ordinary human after all?

A sickly beauty x a gentle, cool guy
