Crow Fold

▍Synopsis:

A few days ago, undercover Public Security agent Furuya became the boss of the Black Organization. The destruction of the Karasuma Group is just around the corner.

There's also something else worth celebrating for all the undercover agents, spies, and traitors: Gin is dead.

Vermouth attended his funeral, the snipers and troublemakers left flowers at his grave, Akai poured a glass of whiskey to celebrate, and the new boss is convinced he isn't dead and has decided to dig up his grave in a couple of days.

Meanwhile, high school student Hiromitsu is trying to persuade the junior-high-aged Kurozawa Jin to go to his new school.

Kurozawa: Don't even think about it. I won't...

Hiromitsu: But the elementary school kid who moved in next door seems to know you.

Kurozawa: ...I won't say no.

Kurozawa, who was actually an undercover agent on the good guys' side, didn't die. He turned into a thirteen- or fourteen-year-old boy instead.

Hiromitsu: Oh, by the way, a blond waiter just moved into the apartment upstairs...

Kurozawa: We're moving.

Hiromitsu: But he says he's your boss, and that you ran off with the Organization's money.

Kurozawa: ...

This is a story about the former chancellor of the Karasuma Group, who just won't stay dead, the new emperor of the day, who can't sleep easy, and their ministers, who scheme against one another and frame each other every day. It reveals Mr. Gin's quiet retirement and his secret life as an undercover agent.

▍Notes:

A silly, funny slice-of-life story (okay, there's a big main plot later, qwq).

Many character backgrounds are made up. Expect rumors, scripts, battles, and injuries. The story opens in the second year of the Keigen era.

Fan works are welcome, but please don't repost the full text of VIP chapters.
