I'm a comic artist. I came to the legendary crime capital of Beika Town to find inspiration.

I gradually discovered that the most terrifying thing about Beika Town wasn't the crimes that happened everywhere, but the rules that subtly permeated every corner.

At first, I thought I only had to escape from Beika Town. Later, I realized... in this world, only Beika Town is "real."

And what I truly need to fight is the rules that dominate this world.

Not a suspense-horror story (probably)

First person (probably)

A rules-horror story (definitely)

Theme: Without rules, there can be no order.
