Z University's campus network announcement: Starting next semester, the school will offer a new elective on romance. As soon as the news is released, students are eager to give it a try.

Rumor has it that one of the instructors is a guest dance influencer.

Rumor also has it that there's a young, handsome psychology professor.

Cheng Yun is a dance teacher who unexpectedly became popular after a video of her performance in a competition went viral. She has over 200,000 followers on a short-video platform.

In her videos, Cheng Yun is beautiful and gentle. She's patient in class, conscientious and responsible, the kind of teacher parents trust and a star attraction for her dance studio.

When Z University reaches out to Cheng Yun, she accepts the opportunity without hesitation.

Just before classes begin, the university tells Cheng Yun to attend a meeting. She spends three hours getting ready and heads to Z University in style.

In the meeting room, the principal speaks with Wei Zhi, who arrived early, and tells him he should take the initiative and get along with his colleagues.

Wei Zhi says he will.

But when someone knocks on the meeting room door and Cheng Yun walks in with a bright smile, her eyes meet Wei Zhi's as he stands up.

Cheng Yun falls apart: Why is her ex! Boy! Friend! Here!

The principal introduces them.

As they shake hands, Cheng Yun digs her nails into the back of Wei Zhi's hand and greets him with a fake smile. "Hello, Professor Wei."

Wei Zhi remains composed, rubbing his thumb over Cheng Yun's ring as he chuckles softly. "It's nice to see you, Cheng Yun."

Cheng Yun's finger burns.

At the start of the new semester, students who signed up for the romance elective notice that their two instructors don't seem to get along.

Teacher Cheng is warm and patient with everyone, but can't even manage a smile for Professor Wei.

Professor Wei, meanwhile, is polite and measured with everyone, but turns into a peacock showing off whenever Teacher Cheng is around.

Later, Teacher Cheng and Professor Wei start dating.

Qin Ying has always been a well-behaved girl who listens to her parents.

Fu Yun started out as a child star. To focus on school and spend time with Qin Ying, he only acts and works during winter and summer vacation each year.
