The Immortal Venerable Has a Cat Now

Immortal Venerable Yuheng is the greatest in the Three Realms, peerlessly handsome and celebrated for his many military victories. Thousands of years ago, when the Heavenly Dao was damaged, he mended it with his own body. Ever since, he has been without emotion or desire, colder than the strictest heavenly laws.

The immortals both revered and feared him, secretly whispering among themselves: Though the Venerable is extraordinarily handsome, surely no immortal maiden would dare be so bold as to disturb his peace of mind.

By chance, Immortal Venerable Yuheng became linked to a little fairy cat in the Immortal Palace, sharing its senses.

When the cat was happy, he felt joy too. When the cat cried, he frowned as well.

These were nothing but trivial feelings, like a pebble falling into the sea, doing no harm.

Until one day

Someone petted his cat.

The Venerable: ...

Xiaoli is an utterly ordinary little cat. By chance, he was enlightened and became an immortal, ending up as a stray cat in the Immortal Palace of the famous Immortal Venerable Yuheng. But he has no ambition and is lazy about cultivation, spending all day using his adorable looks to scam people out of food and drink.

One day, he used his feline charms to trick an immortal into giving him fine wine. Dead drunk, he stumbled into a forbidden area of the Immortal Palace.

When he woke up, nothing had happened.

And yet, for some reason, the supreme Venerable suddenly took notice of him.

Then the Venerable laid down three rules for him.

Venerable: No drinking.

Venerable: No playing with balls.

Venerable: ...And no letting anyone pet you.

Xiaoli: QAQ What bad intentions could a kitty possibly have? I'm innocent too!

Theme: I want to raise a cat!!!
