Playing God, I'm a Professional!

The universe is cruel, and all races fight for supremacy.

After Earth is destroyed, the new human race scatters across the stars. Unable to summon gods, they become a race of slaves.

Every time they're thrown into the divine arena, they're oppressed by the myriad races and even used as food by monsters.

On this day, the arena opens once more, and humanity is thrown in again. The champions of other races hunt and drive them like livestock.

In despair, a human kneels and begs, "Gods above, save us!"

A flash of divine light appears, and a monk in a green robe and kasaya presses his palms together. "Young benefactor, why have you summoned me?"

Mu Han transmigrates. One moment, he's just won Best Actor; the next, he's in the interstellar era.

Once he understands the situation, he's completely stunned. No, he doesn't want to die yet!

Luckily, he has a golden finger that lets him draw divine skins. As long as he plays a human god in front of the myriad races, the more people believe in him, the more real that god becomes.

But who can tell him why he had to draw Tang Sanzang?

That Tang Sanzang who's utterly useless in a fight, cowardly and stubborn, and only knows how to yell for his disciples to save him?!

Mu Han's vision goes black.

Wait. The more people believe in you, the more real you become?

"Disciples, save me! Wukong, save me!"

He's got a plan.

Humanity summons a god, and the universe is shocked.

But in the next moment, when the myriad races see humanity's god being chased around by monsters, they all burst into laughter.

As expected, humanity's god is as weak and ugly as humanity itself.

The humans, whose hopes had only just been rekindled, turn ashen. They can only watch as their champion is trampled underfoot and their god is tied up like a bug and tossed aside.

Yet that feeble god still dares to boast, lifting his head and chattering on:

"Benefactor, the sea of suffering has no shore, but turn back and you will find salvation!

My eldest disciple has great powers and a terrible temper. If he finds out you bullied this little monk, he'll be furious."

*

More and more gods are summoned by humanity, and humanity grows stronger and stronger.

Mu Han looks at his one, two, three, four, five, six... secret identities and feels delighted.

But even if you beat him to death, he never would have expected that one day someone would confess to him while he was wearing a god's identity.

Mu Han: I know this identity looks really handsome, but you'll even go after a god!

Kid, you're asking for a beating.

Don't think I won't hit you just because I chose you as my summoner!
