Yongzheng Takes Tong Jia by Force [Qing Transmigration]

[Announcement:]

Tong Yuzhu had the finest natural talent in the entire cultivation world. As it happened, she was also incredibly lazy. She reached the tribulation of forming a nascent soul at the age of twenty-two by doing nothing but breathing. Perhaps even the heavens couldn't stand it anymore, because they struck her into another time and space.

When she opened her eyes, she saw a face looming over her. She punched it down, then heard a shrill voice cry, "Your Majesty!" A comical child with half his head shaved popped out from behind a screen.

She had finally traveled back to her own time, but apparently to the wrong point in history. She had ended up three hundred years in the past.

Yinzhen was about to lose his adoptive mother. He didn't like the little Tong Jia woman who had come into the palace to care for her. Not only did she look nothing like his Tong Nanny, but she had knocked his father, the emperor, to the ground as soon as she arrived. She was terribly overbearing.

But she worked hard to treat Tong Nanny, and one night, holding a pillow with a blank expression as she said she was afraid of thunder, she showed him how gentle and kind she was.

So when she made the peach tree in the courtyard bear fruit as if she were some kind of spirit, he was frightened. He feared people would mistake her for a demon.

Always worrying about her like this, he developed feelings for her when he came of age, and dreamed of an intensely passionate romance.

In the end, he used every means at his disposal to force her to marry him.

She wanted to live out her life in a quiet corner of the world, but he kept her by his side. He made the world envy her, and yet it could not help but praise her and envy her all the same.
