Hurricane Circus

The Hurricane Circus is grandly opening. Welcome!

Deep in the Boundary Sea sails a circus ship called the Hurricane Circus. It's resplendent, and its owners are a giant dragon and a human called the Witch.

"Miss Rabbit, bring me good health."

She pressed a finger against the rim of Miss Rabbit's wineglass just before she could take a sip.

Pearls and jewels shimmered brilliantly at the neck, the only part visible beneath her exquisite robe.

"Witch, you should wear more jewels. All the shiny things I've collected ought to be on you."

The circus ringmaster, Mr. Dragon, said with languid arrogance, his hair golden and his eyes green.

"You're the one I picked up, after all."

"Chris." The Witch called her by the name she'd given her. "Stop it."

Mr. Dragon could only pull back his sharp teeth in disappointment.

"Witch! I won't let you wreak havoc across the planes anymore!"

She looked at the still somewhat green young woman, who glared at her with raised brows and aimed a gun at her.

"You've grown up," she sighed.
