Eyewitness [Crime Investigation]

My name is Lin Xuqiu, and I am mute.

That day, I witnessed a murder.

I saw the killer's entire process.

I hid in a narrow gap,

my gaze meeting those bloodstained eyes.

But he didn't kill me.

Instead, he pointed all the evidence at me...

P.S. 1. Happy ending

2. First-person narration

3. Cover art thanks to @Su Sanqimu

4. Length undecided, but the author hopes to make it a short story

5. Alternate universe

(I parked this idea on September 30, 2022. The blurb will be revised before the main story begins. If you're interested, feel free to bookmark it.)
