This King Enters the Infinite Game

The King was pulled into an infinite game.

He was a tyrannical, formidable, and proud king.

In his time, all under heaven belonged to him. He conquered the four seas, and all his people revered him. A mere downward glance from the King could turn heaven and earth upside down.

But faced with the dangers of the infinite game world and its elite players, the King seemed like nothing more than an outdated, arrogant relic of a bygone era. In the livestream chat, the odds that he would die in his very first dungeon climbed above 90%.

...Or so they thought?

-When monsters surged toward them, the other players struggled with all their might to hold them back. The King rose and bellowed, "Who dares advance!"

The might of an emperor stopped the tide of monsters in its tracks, his pressure so overwhelming that they could not even raise their heads!

-In the rest area's bar, players who had just cleared a level drank, celebrated, and relaxed, chatting about modern topics the King couldn't understand.

The King didn't care. He casually tossed a piece of gold jewelry onto the bar. "Everyone here is my subject. I will cover all their expenses!"

In later livestreams, the King became the most popular player. No, he should be called the sovereign. The moment he appeared, the comments immediately fell into formation:

[We pay our respects to our King!!!]

.

All under heaven are the King's subjects.

But the King, too, had one sole trusted aide. One so close to him that... there was not a sliver of space between them.
