After I Transmigrated to the Meiji Era and Became a Literary Master, I Transmigrated Back

He transmigrated to Japan in the Meiji era, where his parents were both picked out of a garbage heap.

Genmei Shinya, who despised the era he lived in, published a work titled Garbage in 1921. One of its stories, The Vanishing Cherry Tree, was banned.

After the Taisho era began, he published The Immortals of Illusory Dreams in a literary magazine under the pen name Necho. It was banned again.

...There were also other works whose authorship was never confirmed.

Genmei Shinya opened his eyes again and found himself in a place called the Quayside.

He had become a little girl with the same name and an ability called The City of Fools of Heavenly Beings and Ten Thousand People.

Well... okay, but why does that sound like the title of one of the few books of his that hadn't been banned?

And it was the brainless power fantasy he'd written back then, only to give up halfway through because it was so formulaic. In other words, it was abandoned as a train wreck.

And this sheep, and Nakahara Nakahara... don't they sound a little familiar?

Could Dazai Osamu be that idiot who fell off a building and landed on him? Even the crying and awful personality fit... Where on earth was he!!!

[This is an alternate universe. Please don't treat it as the real world. Everything is fictional.]

Theme: After transmigrating into a girl, the story gets off to a wild start.
