[JoJo's Bizarre Adventure] Every Generation of Protagonists Has a Secret Identity

Secret Identity One:

--Deirdre Brando

This was Dio's greatest nightmare. He was always compared to this name, and the comparisons always ended with people mocking him and declaring him inferior.

He was crushed beneath the shadow Deirdre had cast over him, bound to this place by the past, listening to everyone else spit insults at him.

What a joke! He, Dio... would never be kept underfoot forever!

"Brother, if I can't surpass you as a human, then I'll stop being human!"

Secret Identity Two:

Joanna Joestar.

This earl's youngest daughter had only ever had eyes for Deirdre. From the very beginning, she'd never even spared him, Dio, a glance.

Such humiliation could never be forgiven!

He would pay her back twice over--

"JoJo, you haven't kissed Deirdre yet, have you? Well, now your first kiss belongs to me, Dio!"

Theme: Getting bullied into tears by two secret identities [not really].
