The Apocalypse, But Taking It Easy

While you were working hard to pull off perfect plays in a horror game, you were transported to three days before the apocalypse began.

A System told you that you were ambitious, exactly the perfect partner it wanted.

You cautiously asked: So, is our goal to survive?

System: No.

You: Then do we have to save the world?

System: Also no.

Thinking of its description of you as "ambitious," you felt a bad premonition rising in your heart.

You: ...Then what is it?

The System suddenly got excited.

And sent you a video link.

It was the most-viewed video on your Bilibili channel. The title had only four words: "A Leisurely Stroll."

In the video, you maintained an elegant, relaxed gait as you dodged and weaved, taking down monsters with a perfect sense of rhythm and prompting a wave of exclamations in the chat.

System: Boss!

System: Let's become the apocalypse's number-one bking!!

You laughed.

You figured you might as well start over.

*I ran out of ideas for the original premise. Feel free to take it or not. I just want to write a pure plot-driven story for fun.

*Inspired by Bilibili gaming videos and a certain AAA game where a perfect dodge makes the character flip her hair.
