The Socially Anxious CEO and His Fiercely Temperamental Canary

Fang Wuyu is a domineering CEO who seems aloof on the outside but is actually a deeply antisocial gay man.

He's no spring chicken, yet he's never had a serious relationship.

To avoid regrets, Fang Wuyu decides that before he turns thirty, he absolutely has to have a heart-wrenching, soul-searching romance.

On his secretary's advice, he reaches an understanding with a charming young celebrity and they start dating.

The young celebrity is nervous and overwhelmed by the attention, practically ready to put him on a pedestal.

Fang Wuyu is utterly smitten, yet can't help feeling wistful: Where's the promised heart-wrenching, soul-searching romance?

One day, the young celebrity has an accident and passes out, so Fang Wuyu rushes over.

But when the other man sees him, he glares at him and demands, "Who are you? Who sent you to sneak in here?"

Fang Wuyu freezes. "This is..." my house.

"Silence!" The other man's eyes flash with murderous intent as he says coldly, "If you don't want to die, answer me on your knees!"

Fang Wuyu trembles.

And somehow, he slowly sinks to his knees.

Note 1: The young celebrity is still the same young celebrity. No one's been replaced; he just took a trip through time and space.

Note 2: The sugar daddy and his kept lover setup is just an unconventional way for an antisocial CEO to start a romance. They're actually dating in a perfectly normal, committed relationship.

At least, that's what the CEO himself thinks. :)

Theme: I want love to kiss me with pain, but love insists on singing to me.
