A child who grew up in the Land of Light at M78, but isn't exactly a proper Ultra Warrior
She is the child of a true-blue warrior and a human, born of their love;
She is a precious girl, truly cherished by the warriors of the Land of Light;
She is a young woman who can live in space in a human body;
She is the sole survivor of Planet Garu in M98.
As a baby, she was entrusted to the Father of Ultra by the King of Garu.
She grew up carefree in the Land of Light, but had troubles no one knew about. Because half her blood was human, she couldn't transform into an Ultra Warrior normally.
Little did she know that these troubles would later become essential to her becoming a “Messenger of Light.”
She could be the carefree flower of the Land of Light, doodling in her diary:
“Hikari talked with Arb for a long time today. When he came back, he had a big smile on his face.”
“Zero got beaten up by Seven today after Seven came back from a mission. The ice blades on his head even fell off. I wonder why.”
“Tregear stole a bag of chips from me today, but he offered me a bunch of luminous flowers and a whole cake in exchange. Hmm... I suppose I can accept.”
“Hikari got scolded again today. Something he invented was stolen yet again. I have serious doubts about the security at the research institute.”
“I love gentle Yullian the most!”
“Eighty was acting strange today. He kept going to see Yullian.”
“Guren set fire to my lily grass. He has to pay me back. He absolutely has to.”
She could also be an Ultra Flame who stands on her own.
“I command you! Get out of my way!”
“I, Anata, will take charge of this planet.”
After traveling to different worlds again and again and experiencing all kinds of things, Anata changed, too.
At first, she didn't understand why the giants protected Earth and its people.
Then she couldn't understand why they would give their lives to protect Earth and its people.
Finally, she devoted herself to the cause and became one of them.
Anata grew step by step, changing in both her thoughts and her heart. Along the way, she unwittingly picked up a B King and a rabbit.
But to Tregear, the once carefree, cheerful, lively Anata had become different after that incident.
It was a wound Tregear never wanted to mention, a debt he could never repay.
And wasn't it the same for Anata?
The shadow could never be undone, but how could she blame the friends who chose to stay by her side?
