The Ex-Wife A Is Actually a Seductive Omega

Blurb:

Chi Yuan is an alpha who likes alphas, because she loves watching people who act untouchable lower their proud necks before her and reveal needy, humble eyes.

But she has no interest in the marriage partner her family carefully chose for her: Shi Qingwei, an extremely old-fashioned history teacher and an alpha cold to the core.

They have been married for three years, and have slept in separate beds for all three. The only time they crossed the line was before their divorce, when Chi Yuan went into heat outdoors and Shi Qingwei, trembling, exposed the back of her neck and whimpered for Chi Yuan to give her a temporary mark.

But why does someone as icy as Shi Qingwei give off the omega pheromones of lychee?

Chi Yuan thinks she must have imagined it. But whenever Shi Qingwei approaches with her usual impassive expression, Chi Yuan remembers those rational, cool eyes behind her glasses, clouded with tears, hazy and unfocused, yet truly beautiful.

When Chi Yuan finally gets the divorce papers, she seems to catch a glimpse of the corners of Shi Qingwei's eyes, red as she turns away. Without knowing why, she chases after her and asks hesitantly, "Were you crying?"

Shi Qingwei still wears the same expressionless face, yet somehow looks aggrieved. "It's none of your business."

Later, Chi Yuan follows her dream and gradually becomes a wildly popular, award-winning singer. No one knows that her favorite fruit has changed from watermelon to lychee.

Until Shi Qingwei is kicked out by her elder sister, who has taken over the family, for deliberately hiding her omega identity.

When Chi Yuan hears about it, she isn't all that surprised. She's only a little worried: how will a woman with practically nonexistent social skills manage on her own?

The second year after their divorce, someone rings the doorbell of Chi Yuan's villa. Soaked in the rain like a pitiful stray cat, Shi Qingwei looks at her with wet eyes and asks in a trembling voice, "Can I stay at your place for a while?"
