After failing to assassinate Princess Kaguya, Asanagi decides to assassinate her descendants.

The Uchiha Clan, which once came close to reaching the pinnacle of the Shinobi World, can trace its roots back to the ancient era when the Sage of Six Paths was still alive. Its ancestor, Indra, founded ninjutsu and waged a thousand-year war against his younger brother, Asura. This led to the ongoing wars between his descendants, the Uchiha Clan, and the Senju Clan, and was the beginning and origin of all hatred in the Shinobi World. It sounds like the sort of story that would make anyone who heard it mourn and everyone who listened weep.

But during the Fourth Shinobi World War, the Sage of Six Paths said that the brothers hadn't actually been fighting nonstop back then. Indra and his wife spent every day acting out a drama of love and hatred, attempted husband-murder, and divorce, leaving him no time to pay attention to his younger brother, Asura.

The First, Second, Third, and Fourth Hokage: "?"

The Fourth Shinobi World War spectators: "?"

Apparently, things got so bad that even his younger brother and sworn enemy, Asura, could hardly stand to watch. He traveled a great distance to help his runaway older brother make peace with his wife. "Asanagi, could you go a little easier on him? Big Brother looks like he's about to cry... You're both important to me! I don't want you two to be like this..."

But before the woman could speak, the man swung his murderous blade over and held it to Asura's neck. "Asura!! Call her Sister-in-Law!!"

Asura: "? Big Brother! That's not the point!! Get a grip! It's because you're always like this that Sister-in-Law wants to divorce you!!"

The next second, the woman's blade came down across the brothers' necks. "Who's your sister-in-law!! Keep it simple! Make the excuse for killing us simple! I'm here to kill you both!!"

Asura: "?"

Everyone from Ninshu back then: "∠( ?"∠)_ Just calmly enjoying the show. The Sage's family drama is so good."

#So the wars between the Uchiha and Senju lasted so long in later generations because Big Brother was busy trying to save his marriage and didn't have time to end his tangled relationship with his younger brother in their generation.#

Everyone fighting tooth and nail in the Fourth Shinobi World War fell silent.

In response, Asanagi, another person involved from a thousand years in the future, sharpened her blades with gusto. "Don't panic. If I solve the problem at its root, then there won't be a problem!"

As ever, it's a mix of out-of-character silliness, sweet fluff, and Mary Sue. The writing is awful, the timeline is a mess, and there are mountains of author-created details. A tsundere ancestor like this is just begging to be devoured! [not really]
