In ancient times, people who were called exorcists have taken on a more fashionable title in modern society: paranormal detectives. They risk their lives to discover the rules governing urban legends, control them, seal them away, and even destroy them. "If you can observe it, you can interfere with it. The ghostly school administrators grin so widely that their smiles float up to the roof of the teaching building. There's a rumor among horror-game players: The safest faction in all horror games is the Horror Academy, where the NPC head of the disciplinary committee is stationed. Ever since the committee head appeared, the death rate at the Horror Academy has dropped sharply. Many people desperately want to join the Horror Academy, but unless you're randomly assigned to the faction from the start, switching into it later is nearly impossible. Just as unlucky players are seething with envy toward the lucky ones, they discover that the NPC committee head, who used to appear only at school, has left campus.
