The Dungeon NPC Is Still Making Me Pay Rent Today

Lin Kesi is the ultimate landlord, with only a few bunches of keys at his waist. After an unexpected reincarnation, he becomes Lin Kesi, the manager of an apartment building who shares his name. He thinks he can keep living the happy life of a layabout who collects rent, but how can he be happy if he can't rent out the apartments! Luckily, after entering a fog that pulls people into instances, Lin Kesi discovers that the bosses in these instances are all surprisingly down-to-earth. He recruits plenty of tenants who don't mind his shabby old apartment building. Before he knows it, looking at the whole crowd of monsters making a ruckus in his building, Lin Kesi suddenly realizes he might be able to walk all over the real world, where supernatural horror stories are everywhere. As a landlord, having to actively seek out tenants in instances is a bit of a hassle, but as long as he can collect rent, it's fine. The only question is, why are none of his tenants human?! The beautiful mermaid's singing is off-key again today, so Lin Kesi silently adds earmuffs to the list of essentials; The red-clad female ghost scratches at the wall as punctually as an alarm clock, so Lin Kesi can only tell her to buy her own scratching post; The tentacled monster in the basement forgot to turn off the shower again, and Lin Kesi nearly has a heart attack when he sees the sky-high water bill... Since these are all tenants he painstakingly fished out of the fog, Lin Kesi can just about tolerate these troublesome things. But why is that guy who invited himself to live here for free still clinging to him! Watching the expressionless but unusually troublesome quiet boy scare the red-clad miss onto the expensive chandelier he bought, Lin Kesi snaps his pen for the 101st time. A money-grubbing, laid-back bottom who wears suits in public but loves flip-flops x A possessive, devoted top who really can't talk and only pretends to be frail Lin Kesi Apartment House Rules 1.
