These reactions weren't out of anger, nor was he about to go berserk and tear her apart. Instead, he was... Craving her. Craving more of her “treatment,” and craving something far more intense. And he wasn't the only strange sentinel like that. As for her inability to touch sentinels, that flaw somehow became the filthy foundation of her power to discipline them. On one side, she could only touch their most vulnerable minds in a limited way; on the other, they feared she might die at any moment and fought desperately to restrain themselves. They needed her to grow even more urgently than she did, so she could sink her mental tentacles deeper into their most fragile minds.
