Every story about getting revenge on scumbags has a playboy cannon-fodder character who dates N people at once. Due to certain forces beyond her control, Wei Wei lacks the social finesse a playboy needs, so even with the ambition, she can't pull it off.
With no other choice, the Plot Maintenance System is forced to snatch (steal) an unlucky guy from another world to help her become a playboy.
After listening to the System's explanation, the unlucky guy, Yi Xiao, says expressionlessly, rubbing his forehead: "I'm just an ordinary person. I can't make clones, so please don't make this difficult for me. Can you send me back?"
The System says: "Don't worry, I can help you out. I'll make sure every secret identity has a believable background. Just relax and be one of the fish in the playboy's pond!"
Yi Xiao, who really doesn't want to be a fish, says: "..."
From then on, Wei Wei, who considered herself a playboy but couldn't manage to be one, finally has plenty of fish in her pond. Overjoyed, she immediately invites a bunch of her friends to share the good news.
The plot proceeds smoothly and gradually gets on track, until some troublemakers who love stirring up drama insist on exposing Wei Wei's playboy ways.
They tell Yi Xiao, who has layered secret identities.
The troublemakers say: "Wei Wei is a total playboy! She's not just seeing you. Don't let her looks fool you!"
As for how to deal with this, Yi Xiao naturally refuses to believe a word of it and focuses on being a fish.
Secret Identity One: "You think I'll believe you just because you say so? Do I look like an idiot?"
Secret Identity Two: "I understand. Thanks for telling me all this. But breaking up is out of the question. Wei Wei can only be mine!"
Secret Identity Three: "I won't believe just one side of the story. I know what Wei Wei is like, but thanks anyway. Goodbye."
Secret Identity...
The troublemakers: "^%$&" Forget it. You can't talk sense into someone determined to be a fish. Let them do what they want.
But gradually, Yi Xiao is no longer willing to be a fish in the pond.
A purely sweet, angst-free, slightly silly story. The leads are each other's first love. The blurb may sound like there are angst-inducing plot points, but there aren't. At most, it's because I'm bad at writing blurbs.
Theme: The stars are far away so we can chase them, run toward them, and draw near to our unreachable dreams.
