Summon a God to Possess You

Those who beat drums to drive away pestilence, paint their faces to ward off disease, and perform exorcist dances to entertain the gods are called nuo performers.

It is said that nuo performers can communicate with heaven and earth, and see spirits and gods.

Those chosen by spirits and gods can borrow their power through nuo masks and invite them to possess their bodies.

Twelve years ago, disaster struck the Xi family, wiping them out in a single night.

Six-year-old Xi Zhao sat among his parents' corpses, holding a nuo mask that had never before been seen.

Twelve years later, the world was shrouded in chaos, and evil forces awoke from the depths of that chaos.

Deep beneath the earth, above the clouds, beyond the nation's borders...

Countless eerie presences watched the bustling human world.

Eighteen-year-old Xi Zhao held his nuo mask and faced the chaos, inviting a god to possess him:

"Across the four corners of heaven and earth, all shall obey

Wherever I tread, all evil shall end!"
