Winter Pear Soup

[Winter | Married life, everyday-life style]

All because of their parents' advice: "Start a family before building a career."

Chu Li marries her childhood sweetheart, so they're a loving couple by day and best buddies by night.

Tang Yan has spoiled Chu Li since childhood, and even more so after they marry. In everyone's eyes, Tang Yan is the CEO of Hengkang Medical, but he's actually completely henpecked and a model husband.

On the surface, they're an affectionate couple, respectful and considerate toward each other.

In reality, Tang Yan lies alone on a bright red bedspread embroidered with a phoenix among a hundred birds. Chu Li thinks he just doesn't like the fiery color, but really, he's miserable because there's no wife in his arms.

Tang Yan has liked Chu Li since childhood. When they unexpectedly get married, his wish finally comes true, and he even goes to a temple to give thanks.

He thinks life will go on like this, and as long as neither of them brings up divorce, everything will be fine.

Who knew that Chu Li would visit the old family home scheduled for demolition and find Tang Yan's diary?

"Another day of loving Chu Li."

The truth is finally out.

So, has my wife fallen for me today?
