Establishing MBCC in Another World

As the chief of MBCC, the Minos Bureau of Crisis Control, you wake up one day to discover that you've somehow brought all the Sinners to another world.

It's a completely different city, one that looks peaceful and stable, at least a great deal better than DisCity. There are no Black Rings or Mania pollution here, at least.

But there's one major problem: the Sinners originally imprisoned in MBCC seem to have scattered all over the place when you inexplicably transmigrated.

The only ones you found were Hecate, who had always stayed by your side, and Hella, who had fallen unconscious on the nearby Rag Street.

Well, it looked like your next task was to use the mental link of the Shackles to find the missing Sinners.

But things weren't nearly that simple. You soon discovered that while you were looking for them, all those troublemakers had gotten mixed up with all kinds of strange organizations.

[ Yokohama ]

"Hakuki Trading is at your service... Oh? Chief, it's you. How about it? Pay me enough, and I'll protect you in this chaotic city." Bai Yi, who was talking to a strange man with bandages wrapped around his eyes, made this offer when she saw you arrive.

"Have you finally decided to join the Legion? Then hurry over here and stand by my side. Come witness this city's transformation with me." Zoya had an arm around the neck of the Port Mafia's leader. When she saw you arrive, she gave an unrestrained laugh.

"This is so frustrating... The technology in this world is nowhere near advanced enough to support mass production of Ring weapons. How am I supposed to achieve Summer's goal of saving the world like this? Hm? Chief, did you bring my favorite chocolate?" Summer, fretting in a Black Organization laboratory, lit up when she saw you.

"Since I've already promised to protect you, Chief, please don't leave my side." Hecate pushed the Chief behind her and frowned slightly, summoning a Nightmare to face the kidnappers.

You thought that all you had to do was follow the Shackles and bring everyone back. You never expected even more trouble to come your way.

In Yokohama, Zoya killed the former Port Mafia leader, ruining the Three-Party Plan. As a result, Natsume Soseki summoned you for a talk.

In Beika Town, the sudden increase in Mania weapons caused the city's residents to become mentally unstable. The number of cases skyrocketed, the police were swamped, and undercover agents from all sides began keeping an eye on you because of your close ties with Summer and the others.

In Ikebukuro, Hamel's growing fame put you in the spotlight, so you kept running into famous celebrities. Sometimes you even met her older brother and his rival...

After a great deal of effort, you finally managed to establish an MBCC branch in Tokyo and reunite with all the Sinners. At the same time, however, a Black Ring from another world suddenly appeared on Rag Street...

And before anyone knew it, a piece of land previously unknown to anyone had appeared on Earth: Minos.

"You want to know who I am? I'm just a frail, weak Chief, that's all." Wearing a white coat, the pale-looking black-haired woman heard the question and smiled as she gave this answer.

Everyone looked at the incredibly dangerous Sinners surrounding the Chief, and the same thought crossed their minds: Yeah, right!

This is a crossover. The main trio will be Hecate, the Chief, and Hella. The crossover worlds include Detective Conan, Bungo Stray Dogs, Durarara!!, and Jujutsu Kaisen (Jujutsu Kaisen will have fewer appearances).

Not every character will appear. The characters listed in the blurb are tentative, and readers can mention who they'd like to see in the comments. Characters may be added or removed at the author's discretion.

No pairings. Every Sinner in the Bureau has a one-sided crush on the Chief (doge).

The Chief is a woman, a woman! Because I want to see Che's double standard (lol).

Other worlds' original characters may get picked on a little, but no new Sinners will appear. Characters will either die or be seriously affected, then receive treatment.
