No Pursuing the Censor-Approved Tool Character! (Quick Transmigration)

Shi Xi has always been great at bringing the leading couples of different worlds together. No matter how many misunderstandings or tangled loves and hates stand between them, with his help they can become the perfect couple in the world.

But lately, a wave of world-harmonizing censorship has been sweeping through, and to get past the censors, his role as a matchmaking pro has changed just a tiny bit.

System: Our goal is!

Shi Xi: To make the leads the people who understand each other best, care about each other most, and love each other most in the world. They'll even hold hands and shout with deep emotion to everyone

System: We're the best of friends!

Shi Xi: ...Huh?

Shi Xi figures this shouldn't be all that different from his previous job... right?

So, in an entertainment-industry drama, he follows his usual routine, running between the two leads to clear up their misunderstandings. In a crime drama, he acts as a messenger and gets the whole police station cheering on their ship. In a xianxia drama, he keeps putting the pair in danger so the hero-rescues-beauty scenes can play out again and again...

He watches their feelings soar, and it seems like any moment now, one of them will pull out a ring and drop to one knee.

System: No way!! Hurry, go stop them! Don't forget, this can only be a socialist brotherly bond!

With the world on the verge of being harmonized, Shi Xi changes course and starts giving himself a lot more screen time.

But as he keeps doing that, both leads' rings turn around and point at him instead.

The leads: I love you!

Shi Xi: Sorry, I don't like you.

The leads are heartbroken, console each other, and turn right around to start looking like a couple again.

Shi Xi: No! I won't let you two get together! You can't like him!

The leads: I knew you were just shy. So you really do like me!

Shi Xi: ...

Just then, the legendary movie star of the entertainment industry, the powerful military and political bigwig of the government, and the reincarnated deity of the cultivation world all suddenly reach out, grab Shi Xi, and give him a French kiss. "Sorry, he's taken."

The leads: ...
