After Becoming the Demon King, I Adopted the God of Light

Yu Ge woke up to find himself transmigrated into the villain boss of a hit interstellar holographic game: the Demon King.

Legend said the Demon King had the power to destroy the world and eight wicked generals at his command. At the end of the game, the God of Light, who had descended to experience mortal life, would kill him and leave him frozen beneath the Endless Sea for ten thousand years.

To change his fate, Yu Ge decided to strike first. Before the pope could adopt the God of Light, he would take him away and become his father! He never expected the adoption to succeed only for the future awe-inspiring God of Light to turn out to be a half-blind, pitiful little thing.

Even more frustratingly, his eight generals were all still children. The wickedly charming merfolk's claws were not even as sharp as a kitten's. The undead general was a tiny skeleton who tripped on flat ground and fell apart. The vicious vampire count clung to him in the middle of the night, sobbing. The violent demon wailed whenever he got hurt.

Stared down by all these children, Yu Ge, who was first in fighting and last in raising kids, gritted his teeth and got to work.

Luckily, he met a kind, beautiful, and wealthy neighbor. Whatever problem Yu Ge ran into, the neighbor would appear immediately to comfort him and help him stay on the right path!

He just couldn't figure out why the children seemed to be growing up all wrong.

The grown-up God of Light declared that he would take over the Demon King's throne and make Hell the world's supreme ruler.

The merfolk slammed his hand on the table and decided to become a pirate chief, conquering the seas.

The undead general decided to found a church and spread the sacred scriptures of Hell.

The vampire count decided to join the church and become the closest thing to a god, a holy knight of light.

The demon put on glasses and resolved to devote himself to writing, producing a masterpiece for the ages.

Yu Ge: ??? Have you all got your roles mixed up?!

To provide for his family and be worthy of his fabulously wealthy neighbor, the Demon King Yu Ge infiltrated the Mages' Association and became its rising star.

The kids might have turned out all wrong, but through his own hard work, Yu Ge successfully took over as head of the Mages' Association. He was on the verge of becoming a tycoon, marrying his gentle, beautiful neighbor, and winning at life.

But then the pope discovered the seed of darkness within him and ordered his execution.

When the Rose Knights arrived, Yu Ge wasn't worried in the least. He was just about to bring out the God of Light when the knights all dropped to their knees, staring at his neighbor in terror as they cried out with trembling voices, "Your Majesty!"

Your Majesty? What Majesty? Was there any ruler in this world besides the empire's brutal tyrant, who had ten people beheaded every day?!

Yu Ge stared at his gentle neighbor in confusion. No! First the kids turned out wrong, and now his gentle, beautiful wife was fake too?!
