[Fake Siblings · Rekindled Love] Opens in December 2025.
The ungrateful girl who dumped Qi Mang is back.
Everyone in Qixian knew that a little girl had come to live with the Qi family. She was a year younger than Qi Mang.
Officially, she was staying with the Gu family as a foster child. In reality, everyone knew she had been abandoned.
Qi Mang treated her like his own sister and took her everywhere. The back seat of his bike was always hers. Whatever she wanted, he gave her. He spoiled her rotten. Any girl who wanted to date him knew she had to win over Shi Shi first.
But when the two of them started their first year of high school, the wealthy Gu family was suddenly struck by disaster. Qi Mang's parents died one after the other, leaving behind a mess and two children.
In a twist straight out of a melodrama, just as Qi Mang was preparing to keep paying for his little sister's schooling, Shi Shi's birth mother showed up, claiming she'd made it big in the city.
And so everyone in Qixian watched as Shi Shi turned into an ingrate. She abandoned her brother and their struggling household, then followed her birth mother away without a second thought, never to return.
No one expected that, less than two years later, the girl who had betrayed her stepbrother would come back.
She hadn't made a success of herself, and Qi Mang was no longer the boy who used to ride his fixie and carry his little sister's schoolbag.

The day Shi Shi came back, heavy rain fell over Qixian.
She dragged her suitcase along alone through the downpour. Her skin, pale from the cold, stood out starkly in the night rain.
Qi Mang and a group of his rowdy friends hadn't even stepped out when they spotted her from afar.
Crouched beneath a weathered streetlamp, Qi Mang didn't bother with an umbrella. Rain soaked his handsome, sharply defined face, and it was hard to tell which of them looked more wretched.
He lifted a hand and flicked away the ash from his cigarette. With a smile that gave nothing away, he turned and asked, "Looking at her, don't you think she looks like a stray dog?"
His friends glanced at one another, but no one dared say a word.
Only Shi Shi tightened her grip on her suitcase handle, her eyes reddening.
Water splashed across the road. Perhaps the night rain was simply too loud; no one heard the whisper scattered by the sound of the storm.
"Forget it. If she knows her way home, she's still a good kid."

On New Year's Eve, relatives filled the dinner table.
Second Aunt cautiously studied Qi Mang across from her, then ventured, "I hear Shi Shi has a boyfriend?"
Shi Shi gave a quiet little hum.
Beside her, Qi Mang leaned back in his chair with his eyes closed, looking utterly indifferent.
Halfway through dinner, she left for the restroom. When she came out, she ran straight into Qi Mang, who was leaning against the doorframe.
Firecrackers crackled outside, and fireworks lit up the night sky. Inside, a voice suddenly broke the silence.
"So you have a boyfriend?"
Before Shi Shi could even nod, that icy voice scraped against her ears again, laced with mockery.
"Does he know that at one o'clock yesterday morning, you were sitting on your big brother's lap, crying?"
Shi Shi accidentally knocked over the rack beside her. Pale rolls of toilet paper tumbled down and scattered across the floor.
