Character Completion Plan

Takanashi Yume, who lives in a psychiatric hospital, meets a System that tells him the world is about to end.

A villainous organization from beyond the world covets its source and has stolen the world's cornerstone: the Book.

With the Book gone, vast amounts of the world's source power are being siphoned away, and the world has become unstable.

With many key figures missing, the System gives Takanashi Yume a choice:

Play the parts of people who never existed, and raise the world's impression of them until they become real.

Once those important missing people exist again, the world can heal and return to normal.

.

From that day on, a group of very unusual people suddenly appeared in Yokohama...

They stirred up trouble and manipulated the shifting balance of power, yet came from a hidden, unknown place.

All of Neon Japan turned its gaze toward Yokohama, and a painful, despairing conspiracy was finally exposed:

Monitoring ability users and kidnapping them to use as test subjects had all begun with one madman's delusions of becoming a god!

As everyone joined forces to destroy the experimental facility, no one knew it was all just a script.

.

Takanashi Yume watched as the secret identities rebelled against the owner of the experimental facility and killed him.

He witnessed the secret identities transform into real people.

At last, the world had a path to the future...

Warnings: The secret identities will eventually become real people, in the late stages of the story, but won't know they were ever secret identities.

The protagonist is chaotic neutral, leaning slightly toward good. He's no saint, and the script treats the secret identities poorly.

The plot is absurd! It diverges wildly! The author's brain doesn't work! OOC! OOC! OOC!

Theme: Even in the most helpless circumstances, someone will reach out to save you
